RATES & RESERVATIONS

RATES

This intimate Casita guesthouse is $180 per weekend night, plus applicable taxes, for up to 4 people. Weekday rates are $140 per night, plus applicable taxes, for up to 4 people. Extended stay rates are also available. Accommodations are for a maximum of four persons. Access to the casita and grounds is limited to registered guests, unless previously arranged through the Innkeeper.

All rates include Continental Plus breakfast.

RESERVATIONS

Early reservations are recommended as our guesthouse has high seasonal demand. Reservations are guaranteed with first night deposit by Visa/MasterCard or check. Full payment is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small bed and breakfast and must ask that you make any cancellation within the 7 days prior to arrival date. If less than a seven-day notice of cancellation is received, guest will be credited for a future visit within 1 year. Reservation can be guaranteed with Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover or check.

Check-Out:    11:00 AM

Early arrival and departure may be arranged with innkeeper.

Children: Children over six are always welcome.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside the bed and breakfast.

Pet Policy: We are not equipped to accept pets, however we will be happy to offer alternatives.
